Such a beautiful place definitely will recommend this property to any one traveling to Civitavecchia. The owner was very nice and made me feel welcomed.The room is spacious and beautiful and he has a lot of snacks and coffee yum.

The suite was close to the port as we were staying before a cruise. Ernest and Francesca were so kind and left us plenty of snacks, breakfast, and beverages in a well stocked kitchen. We were a family of four staying in the quad room. There was a queen bed in the main floor and another queen in the loft. The spiral stairs might be a bit of a challenge for those with mobility issues so keep that in mind if that is a concern. The space was impeccably clean and we enjoyed our overnight stay before embarking our cruise.

Old part of town lots of shopping close to the port. No hot breakfast but still ok lots of stairs to get to room and a spryal stairs to get to the loft . I would stay again and would recommend
