Fiorella met us at the front door and was very kind and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Vicolo was a wonderful place to stay for the night prior to our cruise.

Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. High ceilings and lovely outlook onto cafes below. Fiorella was lovely, so kind, communicative, efficient and helpful. Great location for the port and cruise ships, we walked there with our suitcases. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything ❤️
