"Outstanding location!! Two lamps in our room not working and pillows very minimalist for our liking (thin)..but an otherwise excellent facility and service from the in-house staff. Our evening meal at the hotel restaurant was a memorable experience (the good kind!)."

"I booked this for my parents who were visiting me as I live in Saltburn. I normally eat and drink in the Spa alot and have always had a good experience so it pains me to write this but the room cost me alot of money and they had alot of issues and left early to go home to bed. Firstly the hotel has been undergoing major renovations for some time which they are very open about but it does give the place a building site feel which isnt welcoming.
