"We had a great stay at the Sonesta Hotel in South KC, Missouri. They treated my wife and me right from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, the staff was on point, and the entire experience was smooth from check‑in to checkout. We run a DJ & Balloon Entertainment business, and the team went above and beyond by allowing us to blow up and store our balloons for a gig we had during our trip. That level of accommodation meant a lot and made our workday so much easier. Our room was fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the overall vibe was welcoming — exactly what you want when you’re back home in KCMO. If you’re coming through my hometown, this spot gets a solid A+ from me."

"For an overnight stay on a long road trip, this place was ideal. It was quiet, the bed comfortable, the room temperature was steady and extremely comfortable and lastly, the elevator was fast. The breakfast was as expected (the usual paper sausages, mixed biscuits and/or pancakes, packaged oatmeal, etc)with the addition of fresh oranges being welcome."
