Charming Old Farmhouse, Beautifully Restored - ideal base to explore SW Ireland
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"We completely enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. There were so many touches that show that the hosts have worked really hard to ensure that their guests are comfortable. It's a combination of old world in a farmhouse over 200 years old with restored stone walls, old family photos and original furniture with modern touches such as USB ports, modern lighting. It's a very thoughtful property. We hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again."

Tullig Rock Country Cottage
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (6)
"I have stayed at both the cottage and main house before. Minor issue with wifi this time but that was quickly rectified. The unseasonably cold weather during the first few days of our stay made the cottage very chilly until heat was turned on but that's Irish weather. Once weather returned to seasonal norms, there was no further problem. Very comfortable for two people but would be a stretch for any more. Excellent value."

Charming Converted Barn in a stunning location on the Wild Atlantic Way
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"This is a gem! The pictures don't do it justice. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, a view of the magical hills of Ireland we immediately felt at home. There was an amazing welcome basket of local food awaiting us in the light, fully appointed kitchen. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable and everything spotless. Patio with sliding doors and apple, pear and plum trees right there along with visits from chickens too. (They were a hoot!) In addition to being a wonderful space,...

The Brown Hen West Cork
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"The Brown Hen was the highlight of our Ireland visit. The house is charming and fully equipped, well-suited to our party of 2. Gwyneth made us feel welcome and guided us to sightseeing we would have overlooked - Beara Peninsula and Mizen Head were highlights! The location is perfect for exploring southwest Ireland and was a haven after each day's drive. The Brown Hen has a relaxing sense of isolation while the town and its services are a short drive away. The accommodation is lovely but it is...

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"We stayed over the Christmas period and wow. The house was decorated beautifully and on arrival i walked into a beautifully clean and more importantly, warm, home. I met with Nora and had a fantastic chat. She is a fantastic host. The house itself is beautiful and is a credit to Bridget and her family. It is very modern but keeps its old style charm. Beautiful setting and ideal for visiting West Cork. Even with the wind and rain lashing down on us we had a great time. I wouldnt hesitate to...

Modern home in the heart of Rosscarbery Village
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"Nestled in the quaint village of Rosscarbery, it was close to everything around the square, accommodations were clean and complete. We used it as a base for travels to both the west and east. Parking was a bit dicey for us Americans but was not an issue. Loved the people, the pubs, restaurants and the businesses."
