"Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We loved our stay! We went for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very walkable, we did two day tours and did not feel like we missed out with not renting a car. The pool and sauna were lovely, the breakfast was always good! We ate at the bar one night and the food was also great!"

"Very clean which is my number 1! Staff are all very nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is really good and many options included with your stay. We were upset to have missed it some mornings! Overall I would definitely stay again. "
