"HOtel was great, room great, staff great, bed and bedding outstanding. Only annoying bit was the unaccountable WhatsApp messages from head office asking me to do this and do that, none of which the front desk staff knew anything about so all had to be duplicated "

"Friendly staff. Great room. Comfy bed, with large soft pillows. Very clean. Metro very close. 2 lines infact. One right outside hotel. Don't worry, you can't hear it. 7/11 store within hotel. Would definately stay here again & would recommend it 100%."

"We had a great stay at Fairmont. Loved the view from the balcony. Breakfast that was included as part of the stay was quite good. We had plenty of options to choose from. Overall a great experience. Special mention to Robert who welcomed us at the entrance. He was quite helpful with any assistance we required."
