"I really enjoyed Velle Storiche Pisa - fairly simple room, but spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location in a nice residential district, very close to a railway station and the Campo dei Miracoli. After-hours check in process sounded a little complicated but worked perfectly. The included breakfast was good by Italian standards. Only drawback was that the air conditioning was limited to 18 degrees, which is too hot. Best thing was the enthusiastic and welcoming staff."

"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot. It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"Excellent. I arrived very late at around 12.45am and the concierge was expecting me, and got me checked in quickly. Room was spotless. Breakfast buffet had a variety of foods including excellent croissants. I used their luggage room to leave my case for a few hours."

"Loved the rustic charm of this hotel. 10 minutes to the tower on foot very conveniently located. Loved the cafe on the ground floor. We went every morning for our coffee and brought it back to the room whilst getting ready. The staff were amazing so helpful. There is a lift if you need to use it. Nice table and chairs outside to have a relax and a coffee and pastry. The only thing was we were cold so asked for extra blankets which were brought immediately. Great shower and bathroom with products if you need them. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. We all loved Pisa the people were so polite and not as crowded as Florence so makes it an ideal place to be based. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff."

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes from the airport and close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Parking was also easy and convenient, which was a big bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"A typical Italian hotel with traditional decor and close to Pisa Train station. We had a family room which was ample for 2nts. Only issue was I was bitten by a rogue mosquito about 7x which I thought was unusual for this time of year. Overall this didn’t dampen our spirits - the torrential rain on the other hand was on another level! Overall this was a good hotel (breakfast was ok too (especially the pastries and coffee) and the location was ok. It was about a 15 mins walk to the tower."
