"Filippo and Marisa were wonderful hosts, who made our stay at the Villa Oasi pleasant and memorable. The breakfasts were exceptionaly good. The only downside was the intermittant internet service despite Filippo's efforts to correct it. The problem was due to faulty incoming cable, which I hope has now been repaired. This B&B gets a very good rating."

"The street looks a little scary when arriving at night but is probably safe due to enough people being out and about. The noise was somewhat abated by the shutters. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overnight desk clerk was not so nice. We had a half bottle of wine left from our dinner down the street and he would not even let us use wine glasses. "

"I stayed with my grown up son. We shared a twin room which was very spacious. The room and the en-suite were cleaned every day. The breakfast each day was plentiful, tasty and high quality. Much more than we could eat? All staff were polite and helpful. Were very patient with my son when he wanted to practice his Italian. If we return to the area we would not hesitate to book again."

"Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room was on the ground floor and was clean, spacious, had some nice amenities such as a dental kit body lotion and espresso machine. They also have a decent minibar and bottles of wine for purchase. The bed was decent and the sheets were comfortable. "10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hotel was perfect to walk to the lido or local pizzerias (about 20mins) the bus service was frequent and easy to get to from the train station. I'd definitely come again and recommend to others who want a relaxing family friendly experience "
