Columbus Airport Marriott

8/10 Good

"The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with very clean sheets. The room itself was very clean however, there was some peeling paint on the ceiling, as well as some strange black marks at the top of the mirror in the bathroom. At the time we visited the air-conditioning was out in the lobby, but was not affecting the rooms. Front desk staff were very, very helpful. Our only complaint was, they only gave us two large towels and one washcloth for two people. We didn’t notice until the morning of checkout when we went to shower, but didn’t wanna bother the staff because we were sure they were very busy. My only recommendation would be to add more of those to the room rooms."

"The facility was excellent. Service was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Food service and cocktail hour service were excellent. Parking garage was a disaster. The layout was horrible and there were not enough spaces, especially if you drove anything other than a tiny car. This was made more frustrating by the fact that there was a surcharge for parking that had not been previously communicated with my reservation."

"This is the second time within three years that I have stayed at the Drury Hotel Polaris. Both times have been such a pleasant surprise. The property and my rooms have been very clean, which is the most important thing for me. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners have been enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"
