What a gem of a hotel! The decor of the Hotel Riu Plaza London is sleek and elegant yet still somehow feels warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and immaculate as was the lobby. Six elevators meant no waiting. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in all of my trips to Europe with a vast selection and constant replenishments. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. And finally this hotel is only a5 minute walk to Victoria Station for the train, underground and buses. I will definitely stay here again when I return to London!

Great location, nice property, comfortable beds and baths. When we were there the elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor. It was a little taxing on my back and knees. The staff were friendly and helped with our bags.

"It's a budget hotel and fitted the bill for my overnight stay. It's value for money. There was no shower and l didn't realise until l was soaking wet. However a new bottle was brought to me straight away after l called reception."
