"We requested an upgrade to a delux double room, we also requested to have well done bacon and this was granted for breakfast as the ones provided were not as we would have liked. Staff were very very helpful staff, spa staff lovely and helpful. Reception staff lovely, first impression great. Bar staff great. Evening meal lovely food and staff great, this is the second time we've stayed at the Imperial, I do recommend it and would stay again. They are refurbishing the hotel so some areas done and and a lot more to do as a very large hotel, pool is lovely, steam and jacuzzi amazing. So yes all amazing. All good. Nice place to stay."

"Property was well appointed and in an excellent presentation on arrival. Facilities were good and the property was dog friendly. Parking arrangements a little confusing on arrival but soon/quickly worked it out and didn’t pose a problem. The location was good in a very pretty little village with close access to the Tor field which was ideal for the dog. Meant the lack of garden space wasn’t an issue. Couple of little suggestions which you may want to consider. I would invest in a King size bed - these days a double is too small. Just a thought. Moreover the property would benefit from a towel rail which would help keep the bath towels dry. Overall happy with the accommodation and would be willing to recommend."

"Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Great sea view. Shame no breakfast option, but wasn't a major issue for us. Hot tub wasn't in use. Didn't use the Outdoor pool but did use the indoor pool which was nice, although the jacuzzi didn't seem to work very well. If we could get the same room then we'd happily stay again."

"A lovely location to stop overnight. Beautiful backdrops, I can see why it's a wedding location. Couple of nice walks to go on from the hotel too. Rooms were great, mine had a nice little secluded table and chairs to make the mos of the fresh air. Menu wasn't overly fussy and breakfast in the morning was well laid out with the usual options, The road to get there was narrow and windy in places so just take care. Would thoroughly recommend."
