"The room was lovely with a great view. We were unable to order room service because staff were too busy to take our call. This was on a Saturday evening. When I rang through to reception & asked if they could take our order to the bar I was told it was better to speak them personally so I took this as a no. Reception did go & speak to someone about the room service & rang us back but advised we would need to leave it at least 20 to 30 minutes before ringing again for room service this would have made it to late for us so we decided not to bother."

"The property is how it’s been described by others..the pool and hot tub - excellent..The garden Hugh-well enclosed for dogs.Beds comfortable..furnishings modern.Lots of seating both inside and out.We found lots of very good dog friendly restaurants. The Chinese take away recommended in the ‘book’ was very nice and a good price. The fish restaurant ‘Roy’s Restaurant’ was really good and dog friendly. The view from the Vu is amazing. Would we re-book ..oh yes"
