"Bathtub was dingy and needed to be deglazed. One elevator was not working on Thursday night and into Friday morning. I waited over 20 minutes on Friday morning because it was during checkout and breakfast times. Totally unacceptable for a hotel with over 35 floors to only have 2 elevators and especially when one doesn’t work."
