Very satisfied with the stay. Attentive service, new and clean rooms, fast checkin/checkout. A fine 4 star hotel. Areas of improvement: Need in-room dining options as we did not see a menu in the room.

I was pretty happy with the hotel. The access to the historic center is very good, they have free parking, and overall the hotel is fine. That being said I expected a bit more for the price and 4 stars. It’s very dated and the breakfast is only ok. The beds were a bit too soft for me. As I said before it’s very convenient with a car otherwise I would stay more centrally for the money and trade up for a real 4 star hotel.

We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub...

Excellent service..great location..clean..comfy

One of the best stays ever. The hotel and the staff were amazing. Couldn’t say enough about the place. An absolute gem in Florence. And a bonus little garden to get away from everything.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent, right in the old city and just a 12 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was good.

We had a fabulous 3 nights in this hotel. The staff were amazingly warm and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. This hotel is a real gem in Florence, we will be back.
