"Great room, fantastic location, delicious breakfast. However a maze and bizarrely the breakfast room and bar have the same name, and located in completely different locations adding to confusion. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"The hotel rooms decor needs a serious update, but that's a very superficial criticism. It provided everything you would expect from a hotel, was comfortable, quiet and felt safe. Decent bar, lovely staff and good breakfast. We had a room with a seaview, right on the prom, about 15-20 mins stroll from the pier and main hub of Llandudno and 2 mins from Venue Cymry. Couldn't really ask more for a cheap hotel, and it was cheap: 2 people, 2 nights, for £99. Bargain."

"Slighly faded glory old character hotel. Some money has been spent on communal areas and the swimming pool and spa are decent. Would rather stay here than the chain hotel options."

"Stayed in one of the lodge rooms after doing the Welsh Three peaks. Being able to park right outside the room was a really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the half price access to health spa was a real bonus. Will be staying again"

"Situated in a stunning location. The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. Check in was quick and efficient. We booked this hotel as we were taking part in a 1am Snowdon walk. It was literally two minute walk to the Snowdon train station, which was our meeting point. The village with shops and restaurants was only a few minutes walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and much appreciated after a night hike. Looking to return for a couple of days to relax and to explore the area a little more. "
