"Parking was difficult as you have to park on the promenade. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff are brilliant, every one of them couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. All toiletries are of very high quality as is the dining area too. Would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Perched high up on a hill, Headlands Hotel has a spacious/clean family room with a Sea View to die for. Katie I think thats her name, had her hands full serving a delightful breakfast to all her guests..(Well Done). Llandudno has a lot to offer which includes the Headlands and all of its staff. "requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again"
