Nice and spacious balcony with table and chairs.

Conveniently located in Via Faloria, it's less than 20 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia on foot, or literally 2 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria Ski Lifts. In the summer, many beautiful hikes can be enjoyed starting from the property.

Private car park in garage (very useful in case of snowfalls) and more parking spaces available just outside the property.
