"Spa was wonderful, clean resort. Just hide your valuables and medications they seem to go missing even though we had no room service for the week."

"Don't even ask about an early check in as we were rudely reminded check in was at 3:00... Eventually a long line of guests built of and the lobby full up. Finally at 2:30 the staff member surrendered and finally started doing their job instead of playing with their phone. I requested a 1st floor as my wife has mobility issues. I was told it was the last one available. That same "line was used" on three other guests while I was getting a new room and keys as the first room they gave me could not be opened. Aside from the staff the place is decent enough. Plenty of options in Clarkdale / Cottonwood other than this place."

"I was incredibly happy with our stay here at the Marriot in Sedona. They let me check in 2 hrs earlier, which was really nice as my kids were ready to get in the pool. The service with every employee was welcoming and everyone was so helpful. I especially like the convenience of marketplace, I was able to enjoy a nice tall can of IPA by the pool, put it on my open tab, then when the kids were done swimming we were able to have a decent dinner meal and that bistro dinning place, kind of expensive but the food was AMAZING!!! I was impressed with the food and service we received there as well, I honestly felt well taken care of. We also took advantage of their gym, unfortunately the treadmills wouldn’t turn on but the onsite repair guys figured it out and got the treadmills back to working. The pool seats were taken but I was able to bring a chair inside which worked out fine. As for our rooms, very clean and the queen beds were super comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"Great stay! This was my first time staying in this location of Sedona. It’s quiet and beautiful. You have to drive into the main town, but I liked the views and openness of the area, while still being so close to everything. Staff was super helpful. I liked having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. Would stay there again."
