"We received a very warm welcome, fresh flowers, fresh eggs. The owners and their family are very kind and helpful and have shared a lot of information about the area. The kids had a great time strolling through the forest and playing in their large room. We loves the animals there. Lots of wildlife too. It is so spacious and calm, very relaxing. Tourist attractions like Avebury and the beach are nearby so there is plenty to do! We had a really good time and would definetely recommend this cottage to anyone. A family with kids, people who love hiking. A great place to enjoy your holiday!"

"What a delightful stay at a lovely place. The grounds are so peaceful and the views are great too. The food was delicious and high quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment were the selfish guests who insisted on bringing their dogs into the breakfast room. The dogs snapped and snarled at each other and the owners then fed them bits from their plates. Not what you want to sit next to at breakfast."

Stylish 16th century apartment in Petersfield town centre

"This property is amazing, and has set a standard that will be hard for us to find again, where do I begin. The apartment is beautifully styled, the kitchen is so well equipped and has washer/dryer, plus there were plenty of spare towels and sheets if needed for our week long stay. We were there in July during hot weather, the location is quiet to have windows open at night and there are a couple of fans to make sure you’re comfortable to sleep. The kitchen was so well stocked with supplies we were spoilt for choice with bread, cheese, eggs, juice, the list goes on. They were very responsive with messages, and made sure we’d received all the info before we arrived. They were also so kind to arrange early check in for us, which after travelling 24 hours from Australia we were very grateful for. Plus they added some small touches for my daughter so she felt welcome too. Location is great - can walk to supermarkets and shops, as well as the train station. No parking onsite but we had no issues finding parking nearby thanks to Penny’s great notes provided prior to the stay. A great option if you’re looking for accommodation for events at Goodwood - we drove and did the train both options easy from here."

"This property was perfect for us, the location spot on only 2 mins to the Station and all the amenities in town. The property is fairly new and everything inside reflected that. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We were just missing 2 items, that I thought the property should have, a cafetiere and a hairdryer, maybe they could be added for our next visit as we would definitely return. Thanks a great stay."
