"Bar meals were very good, with ample choice from snacks through to main meals. The buffet breakfast offered a varied choice and cooked items were refreshed regularly. All hotel staff we met and engaged with were friendly and helpful."

"Great except wifi with was very on/off to expensive for the poor quality of internet however they offer us a private code to facilitate access so why your don t offer this option at the beginning of the stay?"

"Only one member of staff on the desk during check in, which meant long queues. The room was ok, tea and coffee selection poorly stocked (only decaf on day one and sugars not replenished). A previous guest had stuck false eye lashes on the bathroom door handle, these were still in place upon us checking out, which makes me really question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. No where to really hang towels to dry, so ended up having them changed each day. The hotel location is great for being in the city centre, but the beds are small, rooms can be noisy and there is no air con in the room, so either freezing cold or really warm. The bar and reception area are very well kept, but the rooms really let the hotel down. "

"Very pleasant and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely lovely and plentiful. Rooms modern and very clean. Would recommend and will stay again. "

"Nice large room in a modern hotel in a decent location. Only downside was that we were in a room that had an interconnecting door (not in use) and the acoustics were terrible, we could hear the next rooms conversation as if it was in our room. Thankfully they/we were out most of the time, but I wish we’d asked to move rooms when we arrived (by the time we realised we’d already unpacked and got settled). Better sound proofing on the interconnecting doors is needed."
