"Great place to stay, only there for one night but will be back for longer next time. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and the large shower room was an added bonus. Located in the centre of Ripon so access to shops, bars and restaurants was easy and with the added bonus of on site parking. The food in the restaurant was excellent, a real taste of Italy. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming."

"A really lovely holiday cottage - we stopped off here on the way to drop our daughter at University and it was perfect. Two lovely bedrooms, very comfortable, great bathroom, kitchen and lounge - and an enclosed courtyard garden at the back. In lovely condition. Also very dog friendly. And Ripon itself was beautiful. I'm so pleased that we chose a two night stay with breakfast included, as it was such a special experience. We were welcomed and made to feel at ease by friendly staff, who are all passionate about giving their guests a real experience, not just an over night stay. The rooms are specious, comfortable and have been decorated to keep with the period of the building."
