"We enjoyed our stay here. The mornings were so cool sitting on the porch and quiet evenings. It was an easy walk to downtown. The dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and the short walk to the park. One of the highlights was watching from across the street the hot air balloons takeoff. It's an easy drive to Steamboat, Rocky Mountain NP, and State Forest park."

"Would like to give kudos to the Host, Hayle. He was very accommodating. When contacted him a couple days after we left, to see if I had left my jacket at the apartment, he responded quickly and very kindly allowed us to return to check the apartment.Loved the view of the mountains from the back patio, where we ate dinner and watched a mom and baby antelope wander by."
