Experience mountain bliss at Great Aspen Chateau, 6 bdrm, 4 kings, Pet Friendly

10/10 Excellent

"The home was perfect for our family reunion and the view is spectacular! There was plenty of space and most everything we needed. Kelley was fantastic and kept in good communication with us when some unexpected snafus occurred. We all would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!"

Mountain Chalet with Beautiful Views, Pet Friendly, 6 Bdrms, 2 kings

8/10 Good

"Overall, we had a great stay! Great price and location. Lots of space. About 20 mins from downtown. The heat and AC worked well. The parking was a bit confusing, as we were a group of 6 with 4 cars. The first communication from the host was to park on the driveway but the later communication said to park on the street. We ended up parking 3 on the driveway and 1 on the street (the driveway is quite difficult to walk up and down). The hot tub was not ready upon arrival, it was in Econ/Sleep mode and it took us awhile to get it to work, but we finally figured it out! It takes hours to heat up. Once it was working properly, it was nice and hot. During our second night it went back into sleep mode though. :( Our main issue with this rental was that we really weren’t given a “starter supply” of anything. Typically when I rent places and they give us starter supplies, that means a new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, etc. and then you may need to buy more depending on the length of your stay and the number of people. I’ve never had to replenish basic necessities during a short weekend trip. But we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels because one bathroom didn’t have any and the other one only had a very meager amount left, I guess the remnants from the guests before us. Also, the garage door doesn’t close and remains open, just an FYI."

Large Mountain Views Hiking 25Mins to DT A-Ville Nature Emersion Deck

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect Mountain View spot for my husband and I! We enjoyed the peace and privacy that comes with the location as well as the short trip downtown for some local eats. This property is also not too far from the Blue Ridge Parkway! The property it self was beautiful and clean. The downstairs studio room was perfect for the two of us! We could just walk outside or open the blinds to watch the sunrise through the mountains. Although other tenants were renting the upstairs portion at the time, we didn’t cross paths and only minimal noises heard through the ceiling which was great. We even saw a bear near the property!"

Historic Charm Meets Modern Comfort in This Restored 1850s Log Cabin

10/10 Excellent

"It was a lovely cabin! So much character and well-decorated—it was definitely a retreat. From beautiful bed linens to fresh flowers from room to room. I felt like I was at home—I couldn’t ask for a better spot for a get away! I will be back!"
