"Room, although small, was very clean, beds comfortable, and Mike at the check-in booth came immediately upon request to help us with our TV! He was awesome and friendly. Not much in the way of amenities but for the budget-minded, this was a good place to stay. "No pets" policy is why we stayed here because my husband id deathly allergic to cat hair. No problems here!"

"A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year. "

"We arrived 5/17/25 - 5/24/25 upon arrival we instantly noticed the water and all the lush trees and large pool. The weather was perfect all week. We make a long drive to the keys every year for the fishing off the dock. The dock was not very long nor was the water very deep. (Listed in description) the wood seemed a little rotten in some areas it wouldn’t hurt to replace. The downstairs was very basic setup, not very cozy feeling. The upstairs was nice and comfortable. There’s a lot piles of palm leaves, wood, metal and etc lying around the property as well. Nothing that caused any concerns, just made the back around the fence look very junky. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again. Coco Plum rental was so friendly and helpful with all our needs. "
