"Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants)."

"Absolutely unbelievable. The view from the great room was breathtaking, and every detail felt like small luxuries. There wasn't a single amenity that hadn't been considered. We expected the kitchen to be well-provisioned, but it was incredible. They had EVERYTHING - every serving dish we could imagine, a variety of huge pots to cook pasta for 18 people, down to even a milk frother. Plenty of beach toys/chairs/boogie boards/pails and shovels, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Every room had its own bathroom (except the kids bunk room which shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the adjoining room, which we also used for kids), which made it very nice for staying with extended family. There were no bad rooms! We stayed for a long weekend for my dad's 75th birthday, and we never even left the property (except for the beach obviously) because there was so much to do. Fabulous - already planning to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over."
"Our condo was okay, outdated, but not a problem. Clean, could use more towels. The pool area is pretty sad. Very old and in need of update. Furniture broke, tiles broke. Disappointing to say the least.Overall not bad and I would stay there again."
