"The house was very clean. It was large and perfect for what we needed. The pool area was really nice. It was nice to have a heated pool. And it allowed my dog to come, which is a big plus for me. The property managers were exceptional at communication. The response was nearly immediate. Highly recommend this property."

"There is no club house and no fitness center at this accommodation. The unit was exceptionally clean. The bathroom door is concerning as it locks when you close it and then can only be opened from the outside. Luckily my daughter had her phone with her when she got locked in, and could call for help. This should be looked into before any small children stay in this unit."

"Our family enjoyed this lovely and peaceful property during our visit to St. Augustine. The house was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was wonderful! It is fully fenced which was perfect for our two dogs to relax outside with us. The pool and spa were a wonderful way to both cool down during the day and warm up in the evenings. A truly beautiful neighborhood nestled between the ocean and the river. The neighbors were also very kind around us. We would definitely stay here again! "
