"Host responds quickly. Location is great and clean. House is as stated an older home. Felt like staying at a cottage. A cozy stay. Mattress on double bed in spare room very soft, no support. No extra linens, would have been nice. No kitchen linens. Window air conditioners in two bedrooms kept the sleeping quarters nice and cool, but the portable air conditioner in main room struggled to cool down the room.The balcony was spacious and nice. Having the bbq was great!"

"We had a wonderful winter getaway at The Dainty Petunia. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the Bose sound system for listening to our music. Lots of nice shops and restaurants a short walk away and a great conservation area for amazing snowshoeing! We hope to return again soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and clean and has everything we'd need to spend our vacation in comfort. Hillary is very helpful when it comes to what to do in PEC and the annual pass to Sandbanks is just the cherry on the top. Communication was excellent.
