Lovely hotel, great base to explore Llyn Peninsula

We were very impressed with the Lion Hotel in Criccieth. It is in a great position with plenty of parking. It is a traditional character hotel, clean, well maintained and decorated with lovely staff. It was also great value, would recommend as a base to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsula.

Good place to stay in Criccieth

Decent hotel - typical old hotel building that's been progressively modernized. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable - if small. I'd be happy to stay here again.

A Delightful Stay with Exceptional My recent stay was truly wonderful, and a significant part of that was thanks to the fantastic staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and efficiency. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team was incredibly helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a peaceful haven after a day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette in the studio apartment - a real bonus! The views of the town and castle from my window were an added treat.
