"We booked a five night stay in a Deluxe Superior room and had to move after two nights. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, and our room had some maintenance issues that were not attended to after we asked on the 2nd morning eg bathroom mirror light not working in a dim small bathroom with no window or extractor fan (legal?). We asked for a refund as there was nothing deluxe or superior about the room. We were mislead. "

Our room was very clean and well maintained given the hotels age, the bathroom looked as though it had been recently refurbished with a large walk in shower and modern toilet.
