"This is a small flat on the top floor of a terrace house. Yes you can see the river just past the plumbers merchant yard and the industrial estate on the opposite bank. Access is via a very noisy shared stair case. First impressions on entering is a place which needs some upgrading and lacks furnishing - COSY it is not. The place was clean although old paint work and an excess of silicon on the shower tray gave the place a generally shabby feel. Then we opened the oven to find the grill pan had...

"A couple of the rooms we stayed in had stained duvet covers which was surprising. We were expecting a 5 star experience but found the price to value for the stay to be somewhat inflated. The location was great, the front desk/reception were very nice and Breakfast was fabulous. We also enjoyed the Pub in the lobby. All in all it was nice, just too expensive for what you get."
