"Welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a great size. The room was tidied and reset every day of our trip. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking into the city centre, with pubs and cafes near by. Also, if you’re looking to do a day trip to Blarney Castle, the bus stop behind the hotel goes directly there, making it easy to navigate."

"One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had (and I do stay at 5-star places regularly). Spacious and clean room with great lighting and chairs and windows that open, and hooks, and big bottles of filtered water. Great food. The warmest, most welcoming staff ever, with sharp competent energy all of them, who never looked like they didn't want me to approach but instead were relaxed and made eye contact readily and seemed genuinely pleased to see me. I said once "I want to live here" and she said "we would love to have you" -- untrue I'm sure but SO KIND! Lovely garden, and many places to sit and relax and read and have tea. I genuinely cannot gush enough. Liam helped me hire a driver for a wonderful day out -- he is a treasure. THANK YOU HAYFIELD MANOR. I'll be back someday."
