The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the jacuzzi at night was an unforgettable experience — a total must-do! One of our favorite moments was lighting the fireplace with the kids, which created such a cozy, memorable family atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back. "The remodel is fabulous. Everything is attended to with Customer Service in a professional and kind manner. We had a beautiful room/suite and always come here for Christmas and look forward to many more visits. The only suggestion I would make is in the hotel lobby to provide a beverage area where you could make hot tea and use a microwave"
