"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"

The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself. Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities."

Nicely furnished clean room with so many thoughtful little things i.e. great coffee machine with several types of coffees and teas, small kit-kat style crackers, umbrella, sewing kit, excellent toiletries....staff was super helpful. They have cookies and teas in the lounge room that we became addicted to. We had breakfast for two out of five days and then realized we should have taken breakfast option for all days at discounted rate. My wife has already informed me to join the Radisson rewards program so that we can continue to use their hotels where traveling abroad."
