"The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The bar staff was friendly, but not very attentive. The worst experience of this hotel was how dark the rooms were! No overhead lights! there were bedside lamps that weren't bright enough to even see the time on your phone. You had to have whatever you wanted to see directly under the light. Very inconvenient. However, the bathroom light was SO bright you could land planes! If you had to get up in the night to go in the bathroom, you would be blinded. Strangest lighting I have ever seen in a hotel room. I would not go back to this hotel!"

"Breakfast was not bad, but no hot plates. The location is near the metro and Down town. Staff was ok. Night noise was bad. The stone covered road makes the noise terrible. The room was very small although it should be 20 square meters when I ordered the room online. Overall, the location is the most important for traveling."

"Very stylish hotel in the perfect location in Brussels. Close to the city centre with lots of great food options and shopping close by. Room was surprisingly spacious and had nice big shower. Would definitely stay here again. Mini fridge in room with coffee maker and each floor had a water dispenser. "
