"Wanted some cheap basic accommodation for 2 nights. Found it eventually after driving through the narrow lanes some of which weren't signposted very well but adds to the fun!. Very neat and cosey and the bed was particularly comfortable. Nicely laid out with some nice touches. Ideal if you want some peace and quiet as it is tucked away at the back of the village in what used to be an old veg garden."

"A beautiful old farmhouse with a lovely large garden in a lovely area. We enjoyed ourselves and the property was very clean and well presented. A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. We all felt a few more consumables would have been provided for a property of this size and quality. Many others we have stayed in over the years have provided a few bin bags for example (we were given one spare) and we had to move light bulbs about when...

"We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hayloft over the Christmas holiday. It started with the a warm welcome and Nanette had put up a Christmas tree for us and brought us round some freshly baked mince pies! The accommodation is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all of a good size and nicely decorated and with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, it made the property well suited to hosting large groups. "Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...
