Schmidt vacation apartment - cozy and modern atmosphere

This cozy and quiet 60sqm 3 room apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of the house Schmidt, the center and the beach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, in one of the two bedrooms there is a TV. The small but fine kitchen contains all common kitchen machines / utensils and an oven. Among other things, the apartment has a large living room with TV and DVD player, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The parking space is directly in front of the accommodation. We are happy to accept pets upon request.

Wir waren direkt nach Eintritt durch die Wohnungstür geflasht von der sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung, und sind es eigentlich noch immer. Wirklich tolle Wohnung und sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter die stets hilfsbereit zur Seite stehen wenn man sie anspricht, ohne aufdringlich oder fordernd zu sein. Eine absolut 100% ige Wiederkehr ist in Planung.

Diese wunderschöne, gemütlich eingerichtete blitzeblanke kleine Ferienwohnung wurde für 6 Tage zu unserem "Nest" - Welt aus, Urlaub an. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, herrlich entspannen können und alles vorgefunden, was es für einen sorglosen Kurzurlaub braucht. Das Team war super freundlich und kompetent und jederzeit bereit, Anfragen zu beantworten und sich rührend um uns zu kümmern. Der Preis war absolut angemessen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

Sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Zu zweit ist diese Wohnung perfekt. Aber auch zu dritt (wir waren mit unserer 15 jährigen Tochter dort) klappt das sehr gut. Das Badezimmer ist schön groß. Alles sehr sauber. Der Strand ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Wer mit Hund anreist hat auch eine Hundedusche, die man nutzen kann. Das fand ich super praktisch. Außerdem ist auch eine Hundeauslaufwiese zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca 3,5 km). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die kleine, kuschelige Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie braucht. Die Kinder schliefen auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer und die Großen im Schlafzimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher buchten wir dazu, so sparten wir Gepäck und Aufwand zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist geschmack voll frisch renoviert und das Badezimmer der Hit, die Dusche wunderbar, so konnte jeder Tag erfrischt beginnen! Die Heizung funktioniert ebenfalls tadellos, sodass wir auch bei Schietwedda nicht frieren mussten. Die Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit und freundlich - wir kommen gern wieder in dieses hübsche Zuhause auf Zeit!

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben sehr schnell und freundlich auf all unsere Fragen reagiert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. In allen Zimmern mit Schlafgelegenheiten gibt es Rollläden und es gibt ein tolles Tageslichtbad mit einer riesigen Dusche. So konnten wir uns in unserem Urlaub richtig gut erholen.

Wir benötigten eine Unterkunft wegen einer Hochzeit in der Familie und haben schon sehr früh gebucht: unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung empfing uns sauber, aufgeräumt, hell und typisch für die Küste eingerichtet. Alles frisch renoviert, gute Handwerksarbeit, mit Liebe gemacht. Auch die Ausstattung war prima. Das einzig Ärgerliche war, dass wir die Wohnung viel zu wenig genutzt haben - aber das wird nachgeholt. Ich kann diese Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
