Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special for us. She saw that we were from India and got the chef to make Chana masala for us. Three days later and my family still fondly remembers how we were treated at Novotel. One thing to note - We had the view of the river/bridge and the balcony was nice to sit in. Though sound traveled from traffic and nearby party spots - and we were on the 30th floor. Once you closed the balcony noise wasn’t a problem for us. "
