"It is one of those hotels where you go to the room with a code that is sent to you on the day of the trip. In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . Till they could understand the issue and connect me to someone in Berlin who would connect to the lobby computer through a remote desktop software, I had to...

"Lovely clean modern apartments. Friendly team and easy access to central Berlin. The apartment is very close to a number of attractions which made it very easy to visit them before the crowds turned up. We liked it so much we looked up where else they had them! "

"Had some issues. The bins were not emptied from previous guests, they smelt. I did ask for them to be emptied but no one ever came to do this despite being advised that they would. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. Under the sofa bed was filthy. Otherwise it's a great location and was easy to check in and out."
