"Beautiful and spacious hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great extra amenities, and sufficiently sized rooms and bathroom. Easy and quick walk to the train station. Removed from the downtown buzz but still accessible. If you like running there are a few parks within a few kilometers to get in some miles. The Onsen after a long day was amazing. "

" Great location practically on top of Suidobashi station. Great for connecting to all the sights we wanted to see. My only complaint was the restaurants were VERY expensive compared to outside the hotel- even just across the road. The rooms are small with limited storage, but it’s Tokyo so not unexpected. Beds are also small- so westerners probably want a bed per adult (you could probably sleep 1 adult and 1 small child in one bed). The best bit was then laundry facilities. 8 washer/dryer combination machines that you can check status of via the telly. So you know before heading over if there’s a free machine and you know when yours has stopped. Machines auto dispense the laundry soap, so no need to bring/buy any. Staff helped us forward our bags to Kyoto, which made our Shinkansen experience much easier! All in all, a great hotel with fantastic and super helpful staff. "
