"This could be a fine hotel but the "staff" are rude and very very unwelcoming. Interrupting his family time obviously as he had a child behind the desk and rudely said "what do you need". Well, I am here to check in. This might have been the rudest most awkward check-in of my entire life. I stayed two nights prior and the desk clerk told me I didn't need my license, he handed me back the paper and said "put your license on the paper". I proceeded to tell him I didn't the other night, but I would go get it. Got back in and he says "Have you stayed with us before"? Ummmmmm.... I hate to complain but wow! This guy cannot work in customer service."

"The room was absolutely filthy and when I started to bring the issue to the staff's attention, I was looked at like I was crazy. No alternate room was suggested and since I had a very important appt, I felt forced to deal with the issue. I was also overcharged on my credit card once I checked in with hidden fees. "

"They never made us aware that they were going to charge us for parking. We’ve stayed there several times in the past and we’re never charged for parking."

"The room was not clean when we arrived, although it had been released for us to occupy. The carpeted floor had not been vacuumed. There were peanuts on the floor and lint, etc. that had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a dried up contact on the tile floor. The breakfast was bordering on terrible. The eggs were cold, the oatmeal was cold. I had to find the breakfast attendant to notify her we needed forks. She was in the preparation room . . . sitting on a chair and texting on her phone. Will not stay at a Country Inn & Suites again. We had to check out a day early and we were not given a refund even though we were checking out prior to check-out time . . .stating we had booked for 3 days. I am sure they re-rented out paid for room, even though it was paid for by us."

"Found this place on our way back home. It was an amazing find! The room was spacious and beautiful. Our 13yo and my husband had a blast in the water park. The hotel was nice and quiet, even with lots of kids there. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Also, the lobby had a water dispenser full of lemon ice water, which was very appreciated from someone who is picky about city water. We would 100% stay here again!"

"I was there for my husband of 52 years funeral.We had 5 rooms and checked in only to find bed bugs.!!!! My daughter in law was bitten we took big to front desk and checked out.I was so embarrassed to tell family why we had left .Plus your ad said a restaurant and bar and guess what NOT there!!!!"

"Clean room request was heard and we were able to be accommodated. Thank you for amazing stay , Excellent breakfast and clean rooms. My thanks -a pleasure"
