"Nice hotel & brilliant staff"

"There were lots of staff who were all lovely and our dog was made very welcome. The food in the restaurant was simple but excellent quality and very good portions. Overall a very easy and pleasant stay with good value for money. There are some spectacular dog walks along the beach only a mile or so away. The only criticism could be that the heating was turned up very high "

"The room was clean and tidy, shower was hot and powerful, there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate and plenty of coat hangers. I will defintely be staying gere aagaim "

"Wonderful set up at The Lodge. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family break. All the mod cons, particularly liked the electric window blinds. Kitchen facilities was excellent and more than adequate. We also took our own coffee machine for that extra home comfort. Location was pretty central for the places we wanted to visit. Windermere was only 40 minutes away with stunning views of the country side on route. Hot Tube was a lovely touch and well maintainedAll in all a lovely break away from home. To be completely honest, we didn’t want to come home… 😂Testament to Steve and Cary for making us feel welcome to The Lodge"

"Lovely clean room. Nice kitchen area with drinks machine , fridge, microwave and complimentary pastries. Good base for our visit "
