"What a lovely hotel! From start to finish we had such a good experience at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, we had an internal window and did not detract from the experience at all. The hotel even decorated the room and provided a birthday treat on check in! The breakfast was excellent, great variety every morning. The staff were incredible, so warm and welcoming on every interaction, especially the breakfast staff. The pool was lovely as well and quite quiet on most occasions that we used it. The location is excellent, easy walk to train street (about 5 mins) and lots of restaurants close by."

"We had such an amazing stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The property was incredibly clean, not just in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel. You could tell they take real pride in maintaining the space. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. They made us feel taken care of the entire time. The location was also perfect. It made getting around so easy and convenient, with everything we needed close by. It truly added to the overall experience. On our last morning, we weren’t able to book a Grab to the airport and started to get a little stressed. The staff immediately stepped in and arranged transportation for us without any hassle. They handled everything smoothly and reassured us so we didn’t have to worry at all. That level of care really meant a lot. Clean, attentive, perfectly located, and supported by an incredible team. They are the best, and we would absolutely stay here again."
