"We've stayed here multiple times and we were never dissapointed. We always see the same staff at the check in desk and it makes us think that the management is doing a great job taking care of their employees. We'll be back for sure! The decoration during Christmas is absolutely amazing!"

"Don't expect a fancy hotel with this one. It is somewhat run down. Some door handles were broken, baseboards and carpets messed up, bathroom with rusty ceiling. The rooms are spacious and the staff were great. The breakfast included was a grab-and-go breakfast bar with cereal, granola bars, fruit, and donuts. There is nothing hot for breakfast. Make sure you look at the Palm Island Waterpark hours. It's advertised in the name, but it was only opened for a few hours on the weekend when we came in the summer, so we didn't get to do it."
