A recently refurbished attached house on two floors in a superb location in the heart of Kingswear and with the most wonderful views from the upper floor of the marina, Royal Naval College and Steam Railway. The property is bright and airy and has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a good standard. Kingswear has a pub, cafe and marina, and local transport links to Torbay and Dartmouth are within easy walking distance.
