    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Decked terrace with outdoor furniture. Parking permit for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking. Visit England 4 star.. A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests.
