"Booking in was fine, although the key to the door didn't work, we were on the 5th floor so a bit of a treck back to the reception. We were not given any information about where the bar or dining room was. We had to ask where the bar was situated. The bar was well equipped with darts and pool table, comfortable setting. The room was clean, not a lot of staff around but there were 4 functions on that weekend, we were not informed or involved prior to booking. Very noisy at night, understandable as there had been a party, but a random dog barking in the corridor at 3 am I thought was a little too much."
