"The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day. Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris x"

"Good location and most of the staff will go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The WiFi coverage is inconsistent with blind WiFi spot in the hotel. Standard breakfast including hot cooked breakfast. While the room is dated and the mattress probably need replacement soon, it was clean. No air-conditioning but had a table fan which it is greatly appreciated."

"Pros: A beautiful historical building, friendly welcome and loads of parking for a charge of £13 a night. Comfortable bed with good cotton linen and a great shower. In a very central location for restaurants, shops and numerous tourist attractions. We were catching an IOM ferry which was an easy 15 minutes away by car. Overall fairly priced too. Cons. The website described at least 2 on-site restaurants, but there was only one serving a self service buffet, which we passed on. Glad we did, as breakfast was very disappointing. Plenty of choice, however the cooked part was all overcooked to the point of being burnt, particularly the sausage, black pudding and bacon. A shame as that was the lasting impression."

"Location is close to the train station and walking distance to the city centre. Handy car park at the back. Bar and restaurant area has been decorated to a high standard. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could be updated - the bath had a yellow stain all around but the shower was ok."

"Went to Liverpool for the rugby and the hotel was in a great location, close to everything you need. The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Having a pool in the city centre is an added bonus especially having specified booking times so it doesn’t get too busy. Would definitely recommend!"
