"Mohamed on the front desk made my problem(mistake) his own and was able to accommodate our stay. A wonderful ambassador for your company.
Also noticed in the halls all the staff greet you, step aside for you( I would never ask that of them but did notice they do it.
The room was amazing, that view is everything. "

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds, shower gel smelt fantastic, and has shampoo and conditioner.we went for a small room and it was a wonderful size. Mini bar was not horribly over priced. Reception staff were super friendly. Our only complaint rooftop bar was closed for a private function which we weren't aware of prior to stay . "
