Large deluxe 2 bed apartment with king sized beds. Gated free parking, Super fast wifi, dedicated work space. Newly renovated. 50 inch smart TV, washer dryer, iron, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher
Located within a 3 min walk of the best restaurants and museums in Derby. The cathedral and cinemas are close by.Situated in a quiet area but near enough to all facilities.

This deluxe 2 bed apartment is in as new condition. Everything in the apartment is new. New carpets, new furniture, new beds. It has a spacious lounge with 2 sets of patio doors to the lounge. A large master bed room with triple wardrobe, desk , carpets , bed. It has a large set of patio doors that make the room light and airy.
